Does InstancedModel support shadow mapping?

I wanted to render many Box primitives and tried to use InstancedModel but I can't seem to get any shadows to show. The Box template on it's own displays the shadow fine so I suspect it's not supported but just wanted to check.

If it's not supported - What is the recommended way to render a primitive multiple times with different transforms? Do I just need to declare multiple Box instances and add them all to the scene?

As of version 1.4, instanced models can not cast shadows. Yes, just add all the boxes to the scene.
