Terrain Height interpolation

I've seen that currently, the methods TryGetHeightAndNormal and GetHeight of Heightmap class return just the actual height.

Do you plan on providing methods for accessing interpolated height?

Heightmap has no idea of where it is placed in the world. You can think of DrawableSurface as an instance of a heightmap. The DrawableSurface.TryGetHeightAndNormal will return the interpolated position in world space.
