RigidBody and Model Animation

  The RigidBody use ModelCollider,but when animation playing,the transform of ModelCollider  is not  same to the change of  model transform。How I can do this???

If it's a skeleton animation for your charactor, you can approximate the shape of the model using capsules.

If it's rigid animation, it is possible to create seperate model colloder for each model mesh. But you will have to write the logic on your own.
