Hello Guys, I'm currently loading a 3d model in .X format, but i keep getting this error messages when the program tries to draw it:

"The current vertex declaration does not include all the elements required by the current vertex shader. BlendWeight0 is missing"

Could you help me please?

PS: I'm using the PandaDirectXMaxExporter plugin to export the 3D model

You are trying to visualize a skinned model. Try apply a SkinnedMaterial to the model.

Actually I've applied a SkinnedMaterial to the model. So I don't know what's wrong with it.

Correct a mistake in my previous comment, you should be using a BasicMaterial. The error message indicates that the skeleton/skin info of your model is not correctly exported.

But, if I use a BasicMaterial I wouldn't be able to control the animations.

That error indicate that the model was exported without any skin information. Try view the .x file in some 3rd party tools (like DirectX X Viewer) to see if the animation was exported.

Thanks a lot,

Really, the error was in export the model. I have another problem, the same error but when I try to load a model with facial animations.
