Creating components with custom draw

I am interested in 2D games and have been playing about with Engine Nice creating my own components.
I use to use Farseer Physics for my old games, and so have created a few components that use that (I assume BEPU doesn't work for 2D).
My Farseer components work with the Sprite class inside a Group, but now I would like to do some of my own custom drawing.
Basicly I just want a component that has 1 or 2 textures and a list of points that can be dynamicly added.

The Draw methods in the Sprite class are not virtual, so I guess the class in not design to be inherited?
So how can I go about doing this?
