Procedurally Generating 3D Models

Hi,
I'm working for a project that need to dynamic generate some 3d models , and create a skeleton binding for them(I know it was strange). I can create model using DynamicPrimitive. But I can't find where the vertex weight is, and I don't know how to create bones for primitive.
Did Engine Nine provides any methods for it?
